At first, she suspected another of Godrick's soldiers but the familiar voice cut through the caution and she slowly lowered the knife, letting out a soft breath. Immediately followed by a hiss of pain.

"And here I said I'd avoid making work for you." There was a soft chuckle that she immediately regretted, letting herself flop back for a moment and wonder how he'd found her.
