She spared a glance back to the grace, simple little thing that it seemed, and then gave a shrug. Maybe it was because of the void or because she didn't belong, but nothing seemed to stand out enough. Certainly no arc of light.

They'd definitely get along with their shared disdain. How quickly could the Greater Will just abandon someone who stuck a toe out of line? Had they before?
