That was... unexpected. It was leaving, ignoring him completely instead of killing him. Maybe he wasn't even worth the effort.
It should be a relief, except he was going to have to follow after it. Edwon picked up his blaster and strapped it back to his belt, and then deactivated his stealth generator again. It was a peace offering, though he doubted it believed his intentions were really peaceful. It was a small concession, at any rate, and he hoped it was enough to help him survive a little longer.
He ran to catch up, making no effort to stay quiet, while normally he'd barely make a sound, before falling into step beside it. "Do you have a name?"
