Rest sounded good to Edwon, too, but that was a luxury reserved for other people. He exhaled slowly, and wondered if injecting himself with an adrenal would help. If he had less of a headache, he'd at least be able to think more clearly, which would make these negotiations go a lot easier. Though the creature - person, he supposed, it had proven itself to deserve that title if it wanted it - likely wouldn't be cooperative either way.
